Harmless disposal of municipal sludge and river dredging material has long been a difficult problem for city managers and researchers.At present,sludge recycling is in the experimental stage of development all over the world.This topic from the actual engineering of sludge landfill as a means of disposal,through pilot production accumulation of basic data,combined with the design,implementation and testing,of special sludge landfill field design,construction and operation were theoretical analysis and design optimization for sludge in the future fill buried,stability,and resources has provided the new way of thinking.It will help to reduce the limited land resource consumption,improve the land utilization rate,and avoid the two pollution of municipal sludge,which will bring good economic benefits,environmental benefits and social benefits.Issue with World Bank Technical Assistance expert group in the project prior to the implementation of the development of sludge dewatering test data analysis and conclusion,of dredged sludge dewatering stabilization scheme were must be determined,and guidance and application in engineering design,provides the theoretical basis for the smooth implementation of the project.This topic through sludge sanitary landfill construction and operation research,to the actual engineering as the basis,the sludge landfill design and operation of the technology as the main research direction,around the sludge landfill field stabilization and sludge sanitary landfill field leakage detection of two key expansion,deposition research Nai landfill design and operation of practical technology.And the application of the results to dredge the river by the safe disposal of contaminated sediment.
