Rolled ribbed steel bars are important building material,widely used in various construction projects at home and abroad.With high-rise buildings,large span,impact resistance,low temperature structure,in reinforcement increasingly high performance of quality assurance standards development.It requires both high strength and good plasticity,weldability,fatigue resistance and adhesion.Foreign building materials and steel strength higher than 400 MPa,and save the processing of steel products as environmentally friendly waste heat from the hot rolling of energy and resources,developed a variety of enhanced mechanical connection methods,solve steel welding heat treatment lead to reduced mechanical properties,reinforced connecting fixed,effort,time-saving,easy construction.This paper studies how different steel grades,different specifications from different design blank chemical composition in the production of hot-rolled ribbed steel rebar,by adding blank different chemical composition,to ensure product composition and properties(including mechanical performance,process performance,welding and fatigue properties)eligibility conditions,rather than expensive alloy or other alloys to reduce the amount,the production line with 500 British standard,standard concrete high-strength steel and process design issues.To reduce production costs.
