With the successful implementation of the Shenzhou 11 and the manned space mission of the Tiangong No.2,China has achieved a new breakthrough in manned space technology,and now completed a one-month mission.multi-crew,long-time and far-distance flight exploration mission has become a inevitable trend of China's manned space flight.to extend the flight time and reduce the carried material,we can use a variety of waste material in manned spacecraft.However,the efficiency of recycling material is low,in order to solve it,NASA put forward the controlled ecological life support system.This system can achieve the regeneration of the necessary basic material.However,there are some unit technology difficulties,including the technology of waste recycling.Human beings discharge about 1.5 L of urine per day,which water accounts for 95%,the rest of the material is mainly composed of the necessary elements such as Na~+,N.If we increase the wastewater utilization efficiency of regeneration urine including important mineral elements among them,to achieve a virtuous cycle of urine wastewater-plant-people within the system,it not only helps to reduce the environmental pollution but also can improve the system of space closure material.In this study,we take the the controlled ecological life support system(CELSS)as the research background.to compare the of the salt tolerance and the efficiency of removing medium Na~+ among three kinds of plants.The growth status of the selected plants in urine wastewater was verified As well as the difference between mineral elements,The following are the main study of this understanding:(1)Compared with Celery and Taraxacum mongolicum,the NaCl in the medium obviously promoted the accumulation of Salicornia europaea biomass.Both of them decreased biomass after NaCl stress.(2)It was found that NaCl in the medium reduced the water consumption of Celery and Taraxacum mongolicum,but the Salicornia europaea was opposite(3)In addition,the highest removal efficiency of Na~+ in the medium was almost 50%.(4)NaCl could also increase the content ofphotosynthetic pigment in Salicornia europaea,and both of them decreased chlorophyll content after stress.Obviously,NaCl stress inhibited photosynthesis of celery and taraxacum mongolicum.(5)The relative stress resistance,such as membrane permeability,MDA,SOD and so on,also indicated that the normal physiological reaction of Taraxacum mongolicum and Celery was seriously damaged by NaCl stress.(6)All three plants increased the enrichment ability of Na~+ after NaCl stress,but decreased the K~+ content in the tissues.(7)The results showed that the wastewater with higher concentration significantly promoted the growth of Salicornia europaea,and the contents of important elements such as K~+ and Na~+ were the highest.
