Carbon nanotube(CNT)exhibits excelent flexibility ultra-high strength,good chemical stability as well as nanometer scale diameter and high aspect ratio,which make it an ideal reinforcement filler for high performance thermoplastic polymer composites.However,since CNT usually forms stable bundles due to strong Van der Waals interactions,CNT is extremely difficult to be dispersed and aligned in polymer matrix,limiting the performance advantages of CNT itself.In this paper,CNT Linear low density polyethylene(CNT/LLDPE)composites were prepared by melt blending.The preparation and application of CNT/LLDPE composites were studied by studying the dispersion process of CNT in LLDPE matrix and the preparation and application of disperse carbon nanotube masterbatch.In order to explore a CNT modified thermoplastic polymer composite in the anti-static aspects of the industrial application of the road,conducted in-depth study.The main research contents and innovations are summarized as follows:1 First,CNT/LLDPE composites with different CNT mass fraction were prepared by melt blending method.At this time,the percolation threshold of CNT/LLDPE composites was 3 wt%,the flexural strength reached 6.32 MPa,which is 28.78% higher than that of pure LLDPE.TEM characterization shows that CNT are more homogeneous in the LLDPE resin matrix,and CNT overlap with each other in LLDPE to construct an effective conductive network.2 The results show that the CNT/LLDPE composite method is better than that of CNT/LLDPE when the CNT content is in the "sensitive area" of 1?3 wt%.Material formation of conductive network is more efficient;the mixing process can effectively promote the dispersion of CNT in LLDPE matrix.When filled with 3 wt% CNT,the mixing process can reduce the resistivity and surface resistivity of the composite by an order of magnitude.It is also preferable that the surface dispersant is MPEG-2000,the added amount of 5.0 wt%.3 Basted on the above studies,The preparation method of disperse carbon nanometer masterbatch is proposed,which not only reduces the pollution problem caused by the flying of CNT powder,but also shortens the process flow and further reduces the cost.The dispersion of LLDPE composites was reduced to 1.5 wt%.Compared with the other two kinds of matrix resin CNTs,the dispersion effect was the best in the PET matrix resin,and the seepage threshold lowest.The results show that the surface impedance of CNT/LLDPE composites is six orders of magnitude when the CNT content is 3 wt%.
