Polymer gel materials based on biocompatibility have the charcteristics of biosafety,biodegradability,interfacial biocompatibility and environment friendliness,but also it have the advantages of high elasticity,excellent mechanical properties,insulation properties and thermal insulation,which have been widely used in the contact lens,soft tissue,hard tissue repair materials and other biomedical materials.Polysiloxane elastomer is one of the research hotspot,polysiloxane elastomers were also known as silicone rubber or silicone hydrogel,this kind of polymer has already been one of the hot issues in modern times because of the excellent amphiphilic,biocompatibility and excellent thermal stability.As a green polymer,hydrogel has been widely used in environmental water on the adsorption of heavy metal ions and in the preparation of metal oxide nanoparticles as a polymer matrix.The main details are as follows:1?A facile and efficient synthesis of polysiloxane elastomers are prepared via thiol-ene reaction.We mainly study three types of environmentally friendly,biocompatible polysiloxane elastomers:thiol-ended poly(ethylene oxides)cross-linking methylvinysiloxane copolymer(PVMS-PEG)and thiol-ended poly(ethylene oxides)cross-linking methylvinysiloxane-dimethyl copolymer(PVMS-b-PDMS-PEG)and Single,double thiol-ended poly(ethylene oxides)cross-linking methylvinysiloxane-dimethyl copolymer(PVMS-b-PDMS-PEGs).The polymer were studied in detail of chemical composition and construction by FT-IR,Raman,GPC,SEM and TGA.A better understanding of the cross-linked polymers were investigated by the swelling tests,the results turn out that:the swelling degrees of the hydrogels PVMS-b-PDMS-PEG is up to 960%in methyl alcohol.2?We can utilize the unique ion coordination ability and excellent swelling properties of PEO fragment in the PVMS-b-PDMS-PEG molecular to achieve the adsorption of metal ions in water,enrichment and sedimentation.The results show that:the adsorption effect of the cross-linked polymer on the heavy metal ions was significantly remarkable.The maximum removal values were obtained for Fe3+(138 mg/g)?Zn2+(97 mg/g)?Ni2+(178 mg/g).Furthermore,the elastomer as a polymer matrix can form iron oxide nanoparticles by the infiltration of FeCl3 and the precipitation of ammonia water in the swelling state.The resulting materials were also measured by TEM and Dynamic light scattering(DLS).The diameter of the iron oxide nanoparticles approximately 5-6 nm were visible in the SEM,the DLS revealed that the iron oxide nanoparticles can gather into a cluster(61 nm)in ammonia water with a narrow size distribution(PDI =0.246).TGA showed that this type of elastomer has excellent thermal stability and the thermal decomposition temperature is about 300?,and the presence of thioether bond does not affect the polymeric thermal stability.3?The PVMS-b-PDMS-PEG and PVMS-b-PDMS-PEGs series copolymers were used to adsorb environmental surface water(Jiuqu River water in Jiulonghu Campus).It turned out that,the COD of the water after gel adsorption decreased from 51.4 mg/L to 43.6 mg/L,it has a certain adsorption.Polyvinylpyrrolidone is another class of a non-ionic polymer compounds with good biocompatibility.Polyvinylpyrrolidone has been extensively studied and applied in many fields because of its good solubility,low toxicity and biocompatibility,polyvinylpyrrolidone as a humectant and moderator is widely used in contact lens care solution,which is effectively improved the contact lens lubrication and wear comfort,therefore the content of polyvinylpyrrolidone in solution have very important significance to the quality control of the contact lens care solution,but now the work is still blank.High-temperature gel permeation chromatography and ultraviolet spectrophotometry were respectively used to determine the content of polyvinylpyrrolidone in the contact lens care solution.The main work is as follows:1.In the method of permeation gel chromatography,polyvinylpyrrolidone with hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose in care solution has a partial overlap,because polyvinylpyrrolidone is amphiphilic polymer.Furthermore the sample molecular weight distribution is relatively wide,polyvinylpyrrolidone can not separation and quantitative analysis alone.Polyvinylpyrrolidone will be adsorbed on the chromatography in the testing process,while can cause column efficiency decreased and signal to noise ratio reduced.2.Polyvinylpyrrolidone has a specific UV absorption in the ultraviolet band because it has a chromophore,we developed and designed of polyvinylpyrrolidone content analysis method in contact lens care solution at a specific wavelength of 215 nm and integrated area.The accuracy,precision,specificity,solution stability,detection line and limit of quantification of the method were verified,the parameters were in accordance with the requirements of the national pharmacopoeia.
