With the development of economic globalization,China's modern economic level continues to grow rapidly,at the same time the problem of air pollution is also increasing,Air quality is declining every year due to the increasing number of population and motor vehicles,emissions from major factories,the pollution gases from burning stalks and other factors,Many cities have caused serious air pollution problems,so the work of air pollution control is the main task of the current social economic development.The most important problem in the process of controlling air pollution is to monitor the air pollution source effectively,and it is very important to identify and locate the air pollution source.In recent years,because the rapid development of UAVs,UAV real-time access to dynamic information and rapid response capabilities,just in line with air monitoring,real-time location requirements,therefore,this paper proposed the introduction of UAVs in the process of real-time monitoring and fast positioning of air pollution's sources.By studying the real-time aerial image of UAV and image segmentation,and the aerial image is segmented by image,thereby identifying the source of atmospheric pollution in the image,and then through the UAV its own positioning system for rapid calculation of air pollution sources to achieve rapid positioning,thus improving the efficiency of searching air pollution's source and successful rate.In order to locate the air pollution's source,the key problem is how to accurately identify and extract the air pollution's source region from the aerial image,this paper presents a method of air pollution's source identification based on aerial image,the method firstly preprocesses the aerial color image,including image distortion correction and smoothing processing,and then the GA&TDMET image segmentation algorithm is used to recognize and segment the target region.Finally,based on the principle of machine vision,camera imaging model,three kinds of coordinates and their transformation relations,the paper introduces the theory of earth ellipsoid and so on,then obtains a suitable localization method of air pollution's source for aerial image,through the establishment of the air pollution source and its aerial image on the image point and unmanned aerial camera equipment,the relationship between the three models,it can obtain the specific geographical coordinates of air pollution information.
