The Study On Productivity Prediction And Rational Proration Of Gas Wells With Software Development

Research on gas well productivity prediction and reasonable production proration method is the key of the gas field development.In this paper,on the basis of the non-darcy seepage,respectively for vertical well and horizontal well productivity prediction method of research,This paper provides the experience and methods for the rapidly evaluation of gas well productivity as well as the evaluation in the absence of normal production test,which meet the needs of the preparation of development program and production management.The reasonable distribution method of gas well production has also been investigated and a practical software used for productivity prediction as well as production distribution has been completed.The main research content is as follows:(1)On the basis of the non-darcy seepage and the stability of the vertical well productivity prediction method,considering the stress sensitive,start-up pressure gradient,fracture,the influence of formation water production,and do the sensitivity analysis;When abnormal test curve,we studied not partial hours when the formation pressure,formation pressure,bottom hole flowing pressure of partial hours of recognition and processing.(2)Using the conformal mapping method,to study the stability of horizontal well productivity prediction method,considering the stress sensitive,the influence of the start-up pressure gradient,formation water production,and do the sensitivity analysis;At the same time,this article introducing the equivalent caliper,will deviate from inside a circular formation boundary equivalent to N mouth article N vertical cracks in the center of the eccentric vertical Wells is calculated,the establishment of a new when there are any cracks of horizontal well productivity formula of the fracture diverting capacity,crack and a half long,crack spacing and other factors on the fracturing effect of horizontal well productivity.(3)Productivity prediction method based on the test of history research,studies the stable point,dynamic point,neural network,a point method,improved methods of point,has carried on the actual field application in software.(4)In view of the reasonable allocation of research,this paper studies the experience method,gas productivity curve method,the optimization method,and hydraulic calculation method,node analysis method,to determine the gas well production proration methods such as multi-stage method,according to different formation conditions,can adopt different proration method it is convenient to be used in actual field.(5)Based on the above research,using VC++6.0 in the Windows XP environment was developed for gas well production capacity prediction and reasonable allocation of the software,and according to the actual production data,the productivity prediction.
