The ultra-heavy oil in Xinjiang F-oilfield has the characteristics of high viscosity and shallow burial.The conventional exploitation method is difficult,and the recovery percent of reserves is low.At present,SAGD technology is mainly used for exploitation.SAGD technology is considered to be one of the most effective methods for ultra-heavy oil production at home and abroad.Some scholars have carried on the experiment and the simulation research to the flow mechanism of SAGD exploitation in heavy oil reservoir,and made certain achievements.The variation characteristics of steam chamber,physical parameters and thermodynamic parameters of formation have a significant impact on the efficient exploitation of SAGD.In this paper,we take into consideration the geological characteristics,the reserves of ultra-heavy oil and exploration history of Xinjiang F-oilfield.The feasibility of the SAGD technology is verified and compared with the conventional exploitation method,analysis the characteristic and advantage of it.Based on the research of the flow pattern,the extended shape of the steam chamber and thermodynamic parameters of the SAGD exploitation of double horizontal wells.Considering the influence of interlayer on SAGD exploitation,a method for predicting SAGD production in Xinjiang F-oilfield was established,and the moving boundary of the steam chamber is determined.The influence factors of production capacity and reservoir heterogeneity on the inflow performance of horizontal wells are analyzed.The correctness and reliability of the productivity prediction model are verified by an example.This paper can guide the exploitation of super heavy oil reservoir in Xinjiang F-oilfield,at the same time,it can enrich and develop the theory of SAGD prediction in heavy oil reservoir at home and abroad.
