In this study,Lilium Oriental‘Sorbonne' was studied.In order to optimize the application period and concentration of 1-MCP?1-methylcyclopropene?treatments and provide an efficient,pollution-free,easy implementation,non residual biological preservation method of fresh cut flower for the production,1-MCP treatments of the different parameters were sprayed before harvest of lily cut flower.At the same time,the effects of 1-MCP and growth regulator Promalin(mixture containing 1.8% 6-BA + 1.8% GA4+7)preharvest treatments on the fresh-keeping and low temperature storage on lily cut flower were researched.All the work aim to improve the quality,prolong the vase life of lily cut flowers by preharvest measures,expand lily fresh-keeping ways,enhance postharvest industry science and technology level of national flower industry,provide technological basis for fresh cut flower application.The results were shown as follows:?1?The test results of 1-MCP spraying parameter screening before harvest shown that30?L/L 1-MCP was sprayed during coloring stage of lily cut flower was the best,as which the vase life was the longest,up to 15.5d.?2?25mg/L Promalin pre-treatment could delay the opening process of the lily cut flower after the postharvest period,maintain the water balance,effectively alleviate the premature senescence of the leaves,improve the flowering quality and prolong the cut vase life.30?L/L1-MCP slowed down the opening process of cut flowers and extended the vase life.Compound treatment with 25mg/LPromalin and 30?L/L1-MCP had additive effects on lily cut flower,could reduce the respiration intensity and slow down the increase of MDA content,extend vase life,increase the maximal diameter of flower,significantly delay the time of the largest flower diameter,the vase life of lily cut flower by the compound treatment proloned2 d compared with the control,flower life 0.8d,improved the quality of lily cut flower during the bottle.?3?Results showed that with the increase of low temperature storage time vase life decreased,1-MCP and Promalin treatments could inhibit the vase life decreaseand decline dry weight of flower during storage,reduce the activity of LOX,decrease the accumulation of MDA,retained the activity of ATP synthase,SDH,CCO,Ca2+-ATPase during storage,keptthe higher ATP content and level of energy charge,and delayed the senescence of cut flower,extended the vase life at different degree.The results indicated that the growth regulator1-MCP and Promalin preharvest treatments had fresh keeping effects on under low temperature storage,and the two compound treatment had the better effect.The effects of1-MCP and Promalin preharvest treatments on the preservation of lily cut flowers were further verified by the low temperature storage test.
