Study On Drug Residues Of Aquatic Product In Circulation Links In Shandong Province

With the improvement of people's living standards,the food safety requirements of the residents are also getting higher and higher.Food safety issues was the focus of people's attention and discussion.In recent years,aquatic products as the favorite nutritious food,its security incident has occurred frequently.Especially illegal drug addition has been detected in aquatic samples.The residue drugs have damaged the health of consumers and have had bad influence on the related industries.Due to quality test,quality inspection was provided with accurate and reliable technical support as well as quality and safety guarantee.In this study,aquatic samples were collected from circulation links in different places(farmer's markets,supermarkets,wholesale markets,shops)in Shandong Province,inspection methods were established related to drug residues,the existing problems were analyzed in the aquatic products circulation and system.The main research contents and results were summarized as follows:1.In accordance with National Standards and standards of Ministry of Agriculture,and with the guidance of related methodological experiments,a series of inspecting methods would be developed and refined.These methods would be supposed to be able to conduct volume-measuring of the drug residue in aquatic products.The notion of drug residue here includes: metabolites of nitro furan,chloramphenicol,malachite green,and diethylstilbestrol.2.Through the detection of the 400 batch of drug residues in aquatic products by the 17 cities of Shandong province,the overall quality of aquatic products were up to standard,non-qualified rate was low,the qualified rate was 93.5%.Illegal use of nitro furan(with a disqualification rate of 4.8%),malachite green(with a disqualification rate of 1.2%)gives rise to a great threaten to food safety.Researching and analyzing are to be processed according to collected outcomes in order to find the new conditions and new tendencies of the aquatic products' safety status in intermediate links and to provide reliable data for the establishment of policies.3.According to the different statistics,supermarkets qualified rate was 89.9%,resulting in a supermarket unqualified rate high reason was due to the turbot fraction defective.According to the different fish of statistical results,The qualified rate of marine products was 93.9%,freshwater aquaculture was 93%;The highest fraction defective of the top three were Turbot 85.7%?Perch15.4% and wuchang fish 12.5%.4.On the basis of the analyses about the food safety of aquatic products in any spot of the whole intermediate link,the safety of aquatic products is to be guaranteed via: 1.Strengthening the government's supervision;2.Improving the ability of detection;3.Setting up a traceable system of aquatic products;4.Improving the quality inspecting ability of the enterprises;5.Developing a credit mechanism.
