| In recent years,there sometimes were chemical leakage accidents,which makes timely environmental monitoring necessary for environmental protection and human health.As a common hazardous chemicals,aniline,is harmful to the surrounding environment and human health when leaking out.Thus,we studied to find out a method which can determine aniline rapidly and sensitively.The paper established the two methods of headspace-gas chromatography/mass spectrometry and spectrophotometry for determining aniline in water and researched the method of Raman spectroscopy to determine aniline.The study discussed the column type,column temperature,flow ratio,equilibrium temperature,equilibrium time on the measurement results as using headspace-gas chromatography/mass spectrometry(HS-GC/MS)technology to determine aniline in water.Under the optimum conditions,we worked out the standard working curve of aniline(linear regression equation was y=31.865x+5.4729,correlation coefficient r2=0.9993,linear range was 10~1000 g/L).The lowest detection limit of aniline was 4.3μg/L.The recovery rates of aniline in two kinds of actual water samples were 96.99%~99.98%、89.28%~97.97%.The results suggested that the method explored in this study was suitable for determination of aniline leaking into water.As using spectrophotometric method for the determination of aniline in water,diazonium compound produced by aniline could react with the chromogenic reagent and the product had maximum absorption at 450 nm respectively against reagent blanks.The time of diazotization,the amount of materials,pH and coloring time were discussed experimentally to explore the optimum experimental conditions under which we made the standard working curve of aniline(linear regression equation was y=0.1338x+0.0008,correlation coefficient r2=0.9994,linear range was 0-10 mg/L).The lowest detection limit of aniline was 13.5 g/L.The recovery rates of aniline in two kinds of actual water samples were 96.46%~101.53%、95.13%~99.33%and the background value of water samples agreed with the results of HS-GC/MS.The study made a comparison in the cost of testing and methodology of the methods of HS-GC/MS and spectrophotometry.The cost:From the point of view of instrument cost and time cost,it was easier to realize the rapid detection by spectrophotometric method as the convenience of the treatment of HS-GC/MS was superior to spectrophotometric method.Methodology:The correlation coefficient and precision of the two methods were both within the normal range of chemical analysis and the lowest detection limit of HS-GC/MS was lower than that of spectrophotometric method,which made it more suitable to the determination of trace aniline. |
