With the continuous development of social economy,a large number of people into the city,to the city's space, environment and energy and other aspects of the resources brought great pressure and challenges. In order to effectively use the limited space of the city,to ease the pressure of urban development, the rational development and utilization of underground space has become a hot topic of urban development. With the development of the city, one of the main uses of underground space is the area of the main pipeline for drainage, oil and gas transmission. The city a large number of drainage and oil and gas pipeline criss-crossing the distribution in the underground space, not to ease the pressure of urban development at the same time, there are many hidden dangers.Urban drainage pipes and oil and gas pipelines accumulate a large number of flammable and explosive gases every day, once the explosion, not only to restrict the economic development, but also to people's lives and property threat. At the same time, the urban pipeline accident is related to the city's public safety. This study is based on the National Natural Science Foundation of China, which is one of the sub-topics of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, entitled "Exploitation Mechanism and Prevention of Oil-Gas Mixed Gas in Urban Drainage Channel"(51474151).This paper mainly explores the explosion characteristics of oil and gas mixed gas in urban drainage pipes. The reference indexes are explosion pressure and explosion rate rise rate. The experimental device is 20 L explosion tank device, with 92 # gasoline as the main research object, the main research contents are as follows:(1)gasoline steam explosion suppression experiment.Through the atomization device, the humidity of the water in the 20 L explosion tank was changed, and the effect of the gasoline steam explosion at different humidity was compared and analyzed.(2)Addition of methane to the experiment. In the experiment, the concentration of 92 # gasoline was changed to 0.01%,change the humidity of water and add methane with concentration of 1% and 2% respectively. The effects of methane at different concentrations on the explosion suppression experiment were observed.(3)Analysis of gasoline steam explosion products. The product of gasoline steam explosion experiment and the incomplete gas composition were analyzed by gas chromatograph. The main conclusions of this subject are:(1)gasoline concentration of 0.01%,in the lower limit of its explosion, with the increase in water humidity, the suppression effect significantly increased, when the water humidity of 0.04%,or even completely explosive;with the increase in gasoline concentration,Change the humidity of the water, the explosion does have an impact, but the water humidity is too low,the impact of the explosion is not particularly obvious.(2)When the concentration of 2% of the methane is added during the explosion, the explosion and explosion process will be more intense, and the explosion pressure and the explosion pressure rise rate will be significantly improved, making the explosion process becomes more unstable.(3)During the explosion, the main substances produced are suppressed with the increase of the humidity of the water. The main products are carbon monoxide, methane, ethane, ethylene, acetylene and carbon dioxide because of the incomplete reaction of the explosion process.,Of which carbon dioxide accounted for the overall 93% to 98%.(4)the explosion will produce a variety of substances, the explosion process is not a one-time completion, with the explosive process of incomplete reaction, more toxic and explosive substances generated, when the explosive concentration of explosives reached its lower limit,Will explode again.
