| Ionic liquids as a "green" solvent, research has made great progress in the study of the dissolution of cellulose. However,it is rarely reported ionic liquid was used to dissolve chitosan, the second natural polymer material. In addition, the ionic liquids have disadvantages of high melting point, high viscosity, and poor stability..Therefore,it is necessary to develop a new type of ionic liquid with high efficiency and good solubility in both cellulose and chitosan. This paper has studied the synergistic dissolution of cellulose by polar non protonic solvent and[AMIM]Cl through the molecular dynamics simulation and solvatochromic parameter derminination..The research has also explored the possible mechanism of cellulose dissolved in ionic liquid to guide the synthesis of ionic liquids On this basis,a novel acetate salt ionic liquid were synthesized. The structure of ionic liquids and the physical and chemical properties of cellulose, chitosan and the solubility and recovery work were studied. The main contents include:First of all,This article have studied the cellulose dissolution process in two element system by means of molecular dynamics simulation, solvatochromic parameter determination. The two element system includes the ionic liquid[AMIM]Cl and polar aprotic solvents, such as dimethyl sulfoxide(DMSO),N,N-dimethylformamide(DMF),N,N-two dimethyl acetamide(DMAC)and acetonitrile(ACN)of.This article also exploresd the dissolution mechanism,[AMIM]Cl and[AMIM]Cl/organic solvent blending system on cellulose and tudied on crystal structure and thermal decomposition process of regenerated cellulose.Secondly, according to the dissolution mechanism,This article have synthesed a new double allyl imidazole acetate ionic liquid—1,3-diallyl-2-ethyl imidazole acetate. The molecular structure was characterized by FT-IR,H NMR.The physical and chemical properties of ionic liquids and its solubility of cellulose and chitosan were assessed. This article also explored effect of the polar aprotic solvents(DMSO)on the addition of ionic liquid solvent, the crystal structure of regenerated cellulose and regenerated chitosan, and the thermal decomposition process. Finally,This article have studied the use of activated carbon adsorption of ionic liquid 1,3-diallyl-2-ethyl acetate imidazole and recovery of ionic liquids. The effects of activated carbon dosage, ionic liquid concentration, adsorption temperature, adsorption time and activated carbon using frequency effect on the adsorption properties, effect of adding inorganic salts of sodium sulfate on the adsorption were also studied. |
