The jumbolter is the key of the underground support equipment,its use of a long time,high frequency.Rapid fixation is a problem to be solved by improving underground mining speed.Improving drilling efficiency and saving drilling time is the most straightforward way to improve existing drilling technology and drilling equipment.Existing drilling techniques and equipment are being studied in this paper.By reading the literature and data,we know the two kinds of drilling technology:rotary impact and torsion impact.By comparing the strengths and weaknesses of the two technologies,the author chooses the perfect rotary percussion technology for the jumbolter.In this paper,we study the type and structure of existing Jumbulter.The rotary impact drilling rigs are designed based on Bolting's MQT series.Cutting area and damage area of the rotating impact rock are larger than conventional rock breaking.According to this theory,the bolt bit is improved.Simulated rock crushing process using finite element analysis software ABAQUS,It was found that the drill was broken and the dense core was continuously produced and broken.Compared with the rock breaking technology and the rock breaking effect of the conventional rock breaking technology,it is found that the cutting depth is greater.By comparing the depths of the elliptical and semicircular cutting inserts,we can see that the elliptical cutting piece is more suitable for rotary excavation.Cutting simulation of a cutting tool with different back angle shows that the 2 5° cutting angle of the cutting edge is the best.In this paper,the design of the single cutting piece of the anchor bit is improved and the contrast is verified.In this paper,we studied actual problems,improved existing facilities,and designed rotary impact drilling equipment and drill bits.In order to solve the problem of quick anchorage,a solution is put forward.
