Synergistic Effect Of Mannich Base With Ketene Compounds And Related Adjuvants

Most of the high-efficiency corrosion inhibitor is a multi-component mixture,need to add a certain amount of additives or different types of corrosion inhibitor with the use of which propynol is one of the most important way to improve the corrosion inhibition effect of corrosion inhibitor.However,because of the toxicity of propynol,and expensive,the damage caused by the environment,therefore,the study of low toxicity or non-toxic,environmentally friendly and excellent corrosion inhibition of propynol alternatives is very important.In this paper,the synthesis of Mannich base 3-cyclohexylamino-1-phenyl-1-propanone(HAPA),Enone compounds 2-benzoyl-3-hydroxy-1-propene(BAA),2-benzoyl-3-hydroxy-3-phyenyl-1-propene(BAAB)and 4-benzoyl-5-hydroxy-3-heptene(BAC)were prepared with acetophenone,cyclohexylamine,benzaldehyde,paraformaldehyde and propionaldehyde as raw materials,and their structures were characterized by IR spectra.The synergistic corrosion inhibition of BAA,BAAB,BAC and HAPA was studied by static weight loss method using HAPA as the main agent,ketene compound and synergist as additive.And the mechanism of its action was deduced by electrochemical method,scanning electron microscopy and electron spectroscopy.The corrosion rate of the N80 steel sheet was 7.2568g·m-2·h-1 in the amount of 1.0%,90 ?and 20% hydrochloric acid,which was prepared by HAPA.Under the same experimental conditions,the series of corrosion inhibitors MHA,MHB and MHC prepared by BAA,BAAB and BAC and HAPA could reduce the corrosion rate of N80 steel sheet to below 3.0g·m-2·h-1.The results of MCA,MCB and MCC series corrosion inhibitors obtained by HAPA,ketene compound and synergist showed that the synergist could further enhance the inhibition effect of HAPA,and the three show good synergistic inhibition on the role;The results of scanning electron microscopy and EDS energy spectrum showed that MCA-A1,MCB-A1 and MCC-A1 obtained by the combination of HAPA and ketene compounds and synergist can form an effective protective film on the surface of N80 steel sheet and significantly reduce the electron mobility in the electrolytic cell and increase the mass transfer resistance,inhibit the corrosion of the test piece.The corrosion inhibitor is a composite corrosion inhibitor,and its action mechanism is mainly inhibiting anode.
