Because the heterogeneity of Geng 43 district Chang 4+5 of Ji Yuan Oilfield reservoir is poor,the contradiction of injection-production in the development process is prominent,mainly manifested as: “low single well capacity,earlier water breakthrough and multiple directionality,quicker water-cut increa,and clearer water in fracture”.Polymer microspheres displacement has been proven as an effective technique for the adjustment between the layer contradiction,and development of waterflooding oilfield in recent years.The previous works on polymer microspheres displacement in Geng 43 district of Ji Yuan oilfield has obtained certain results,but has done little process parameter optimization.This paper is focused on the indoor process optimization of polymer microspheres displacement experiments.Through the microsphere diameter matching of different water cut period,microsphere injection concentrations,injection volumes and slug combination optimization experiments,we have found the optimized results,which are: at low water cut period,5?m microsphere particles,7000mg/L of microsphere solution concentration,0.3PV of microsphere volumes,microsphere-surfactant for slug combination;at medium water cut period,5?m microsphere particle,5000 mg/L of microsphere solution concentration,0.5PV of microsphere volume,microsphere-microsphere-surfactant for slug combination;at high water cut period,10?m microsphere particles,5000mg/L of microsphere solution concentration,0.5PV of microsphere volume,microsphere +microsphere +surfactant for slug combination.The single injection suggested a better result than the mixed water injection at indoor simulation in water distribution room condition.And mixed water injection of 5?m microspheres has a better recovery effect than mixed water injection of 10?m microspheres,however the blocking effect is worse.By analyzing the data of six wells from Geng 43 district Chang 4+5 of Ji Yuan Oilfield,it is known that three of them act effectively,the other three don't act well.According to the results of the indoor experiments and the dynamic and static feedback,we suggest the three wells which act less effectively use smaller microspheres for oil displacement.
