Because of multi period,multi cycle steam stimulation and steam drive,under conditions of Henan oil field is increasingly worse.Casing damage is very serious.The amount of work done for repairing damaged casing by using small casing for two times is increasing day by dayIn view of the actual situation of Henan Oilfield,this paper has developed a agent with cementing and sealing.The results show that the newly developed sealant has advantage of better flow performance,Higher compressive strength,anti-channeling strength greater than 28 MPa,good blocking performance and adjustable initial setting time.At the same time,the X-ray diffraction analysis and scanning electron microscopy analysis show that the high temperature mechanism of the thermal sealant is the secondary hydration reaction of the XHS and the cement solidified body.The hydration reaction produces a fibrous form of hydrated calcium silicate which forms a stable network structure.The sealing agent developed in this paper can improve the sealing effect and the effective period of thermal recovery wells,and repair damaged casings.The agent also can ensure high and stable production of thermal recovery wells,and recover the productivity of low efficiency wells such as channeling and casing damage wells.
