With the rapid development of economy,the energy demand for oil is increasing obviously.Therefore,as one of the significant energy,the status of oil is more and more important.While the perforation is a very important technology in oil exploitation,which achieved the connection between the wellbore and the prediction of oil producing layer,and then extract oil.The perforation quality is directly related to the well productivity level,so,it is very important to study the methods of perforation quality evaluation.Based on the related research and waveform inversion thought,this paper uses particle filter algorithm to analyze and process the tubing conveyed perforating signal.Then,puts forward a new method to analyze and evaluated the perforation quality.The main work is as follows:1.Having an intimate knowledge of TCP detection and identification system,analyzing the characteristics of the TCP signal and the noise during the acquisition process.Then,knowing that the perforation signal amplitude is no more than 5V,and the frequency range is 40Hz~300Hz.2.Analyzing some often used signal parameter estimation methods,and validating the particle filter algorithm to estimate signal parameter.Then,having an specific research on particle number、particle moving step、similarity calculated methods.Finally,according to the simulation results,the particle number is set to 64、moving step is set to 0~1、similarity calculated method is set to cosine similarity.The simulation results showing that,when the SNR is greater than 20 d B,the relative error of phase estimation is less than 0.7%.3.Using particle filter algorithm to estimate the parameters in the expression of vibration,based on the previous research of attenuation coefficient,the actual perforation signal is acquired as the object,and the analytic vibration signal is acquired as particles.Selecting perforation signals in two different times and two kinds of particles with attenuation and non-attenuation,then,using the particle filter to estimate the phase and frequency.The results showing that,the phase is about-0.6713,and the frequency is about 59.999 Hz.4.Analyzing the evaluation parameters and quality standard of perforation,and factors related to perforation depth,such as,the rebound value and strength of concrete target and wave velocity.Combined with the related knowledge of mechanics and seismology,estimating the wave speed engendered by the perforation bullet blast,3v ≈1.6660 ×10 m/ s,estimating the perforation depth,d ≈578.6010 mm,then,converting it into perforation depth in stratum,finally,combined with other relevant parameters and calculating the perforation depth.
