| This paper introduced the law of crop’s demand of boron and molybdenum elements and the water-soluble boron and molybdenum fertilizer present development situation and studied the theoretical foundation and preparation process of the boron series water-soluble fertilizers,effects of germination of seed soaked by those fertilizes were also studied.When NH4+ and H2PO4- were used together,the boron content in borax solution increased with the increase of the concentration of NH4+ and H2PO4- , and the solubility of borax was improved significantly than that of NHA4+ and H2PO4- .Eventually,boron phosphate compounds are obtained.The optimun process of water-soluble boron fertilizer which containing high boron was n(borax):n(two ammonium hydrogen phosphate):n(H2O)=1:0.68:9.34, reaction temperature 100℃, the reaction time 4.5h. Under these conditions,the total boron content was 103.02g/L, which meet the requirements of water-soluble trace element fertilizer agricultural industry standard (NY1428-2010). The preparation process of the method was relatively simple, the operation was easy to control, and the boron content of the product was high.The preparation process of water-soluble boron fertilizer which containing high boron and molybdenum was to make the boron content variable in the range of 102.89-69.60g/L, the molybdenum content in the range of 0-127.5 1g/L by adjusting the added different quality of four hydrated ammonium molybdate under the condition of reaction temperature 100℃ ,the reaction time 4h, n(borax):n(two ammonium hydrogen phosphate):n(H2O)=1 :0.68:9 34.In this paper, artificial intelligence incubator was used to investigate two kinds of fetilizers’ influence on soybean protease activity, amylase activity, peroxidase activity,catalase activity, superoxide dismutase activity, germination rate, root length and plant height, and found the optimun soaked concentration.The results indicated that:protease activity, amylase activity, peroxidase activity, catalase activity, superoxide dismutase activity, germination rate, root length and plant height can be improved by using these two kinds of fetilizers respectively, and the effect of water-soluble boron fertilizer which containing high boron was more obvious than that of water-soluble boron fertilizer which containing high boron and molybdenum. |
