Graphene,as a kind of two-dimensional carbon material,has excellent electric conductivity and big specific surface area,has been widely applied in the field of photocatalysis.When as a part of the photocatalyst,graphene can not only provide a rich surface to increases the contact of active sites with reactants and excellent electrical conductivity to increase transferring rate of electrons in the process of photocatalysis,but also can be used as a surfactant in the preparation process of the compound,both reduce itself aggregating and reduce the loaded compound aggregating.Cuprous oxide?C u2O?is a direct narrow band gap photocatalytic materials with the energy gap of 2.2 eV,which can absorbe visible light,but a poor stability.In this paper,a new kind of photocatalytic material hemin,one kind of porphyrin,is introduced.Porphyrin,widely used in the field of photoelectric,has a wide range of absorption of visible light in the solar energy,and its structure is adjustable.It has been found that hemin can photocatalyticly degrade MB in aqueous solution to a certain extent.Its activity significantly increased after composite with graphene,mainly due to the strong adsorption characteristic of graphene.With hydrazine hydrate as reductant,the preparation conditions of RGO-Cu2 O composites were studied,like temperature,dosage of hydrazine hydrate and reaction time.XRD,FT-IR,SEM test results show that under the long reaction time,the temperature of in-situ preparation of RGO-Cu2 O in the liquid phase method can't be more than 50 ?.The amount of hydrazine hydrate has important effects on C u2 O.Different conditions have significant difference in all kinds of groups on graphene.The results show that the hydroxyl?—OH?is more difficult to restore than other groups,such as carboxyl,carbonyl,epoxy group.Photocatalytic test results indicate that the Cu2 O and RGO-Cu2 O have the same photocatalytic activity with Hemin.The photocatalytic activity of the ternary complexes of RGO– Hemin-Cu2 O enhanced obviously,increased by 18% than RGO-Cu2 O,by 3.3% than Hemin-Cu2 O.H2O2 has a positive effect on photocatalytic test,adding H2O2 into the system makes the activity increasing rapidly.
