With the rapid development of science and technology,electronic equipment and devices increasingly appear among the people's lives,make our living space filled with a variety of electromagnetic waves,causing severe electromagnetic radiation and interference.Meanwhile,the application more and more advanced detection equipment of stealth technology in the military field played an increasingly important role in modern warfare.In this paper,Y type ferrite and Ni-Fe alloy as the research object,Al,La doping element and the composite Y-type ferrite and Ni-Fe alloy to improve the electromagnetic properties of Y-type ferrite,improve material absorbing properties.In this article,Y-type ferrite powder material was prepared by sol-gel method.Y type prepared by Sol-gel method ferrite has a typical flat sheet-like structure,in absorbing coating thickness of 8mm in the case of high frequency and low frequency,there were two absorption peaks at high frequencies with maximum absorption peak-36 dB,absorbing band of about 3GHz,in the low-frequency absorption peak at about-8dB.For Al doping element Y type ferrite,its complex permeability and complex permittivity were improved,namely to improve the magnetic loss and dielectric loss material,in the case of low-profile doping amount samples 0.3 has the best absorbing performance,maximum absorption peak can reach-18.8d B,effective absorption bandwidth can reach 6GHz.As for La-doped Y-type ferrite,its electromagnetic parameters have not been improved but declined,which indicates Y type ferrite is not suitable by doping La absorbing element to improve its performance.The Ni-Fe alloy prepared by ball milling the milling 50 h and then in the case of 3.5mm thickness,which has a maximum absorption peak at about-40 dB,when the thickness is increased to 5mm,its high and low frequencies at 6.5GHz,respectively there was a absorption peak.At low frequencies at 4GHz,the absorption peaks at-20 dB,the maximum absorption peak at high frequency 13.7GHz up to-32 dB.We prepared the Y type ferrite/Ni-Fe composite and studied its absorbing properties.The maximum reflection loss of Y/Ni-Fe can obtain-28 dB in the thickness of 3mm.
