In our country,there are a lot of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in crude oil,needingcrackto become a diesel and gasoline,fine chemicals,the process requires a high temperature,large energy consumption,and the polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons easy carbonized during pyrolysis,jam and pipe reactor and heat exchanger cause significant economic losses.If the polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons can be activated and introduce hydroxyl carboxyl on its surface,may get new material,not only can significantly reduce the carbonization phenomenon,even avoid carbonization phenomenon,but also can be used to generate new material.Anthracene in polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons,which belongs to the simple structure,low reactivity,if can use anthracene conversion,can prove that this methods in the paper it also can be used for other polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons,the solid phase method,respectively,with the aid of the photocatalytic and microwave method,to activation of anthracene,type of catalyst,reaction time,reaction temperature and microwave power are discussed in this paper,the optimization and the suitable conditions were determined.The main conclusions of this paper is as follows:(1)By comparing liquid phase method,catalyst adsorption method and solid phase method,the solid phase method was determined to be the best,and a set of solid phase method was designed.The quantity of the material before and after the reaction of the spectrophotometry and the gas chromatogram were determined.The standard concentration curve of anthracene is determined.(2)Using solid phase photocatalytic technology processing of anthracene experiment,orthogonal experiment method,type of catalyst,reaction time,reaction temperature were discussed,the influence factors of primary and secondary order: catalyst type > reaction temperature > reaction time.In the case of sodium bismuthate,reaction temperature and reaction time,respectively for the experimental analysis,the results showed the best conditions,sodium bismuthate,80 ℃,8h,anthracene consumption rate reached 97.85%,and generate the intermediate anthraquinone,generated at a rate of 81.32%.(3)In the experiment of using microwave to activate polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons,the method of orthogonal experiment was carried out,and the type of catalyst,reaction time and microwave power were discussed.For two kinds of catalyst on the reaction time and microwave power of experimental analysis,the results show that manganese dioxide under the best conditions,700 W,20min,anthracene consumption rate of 72.26%,but did not produce anthraquinone;The best condition for the sodium bismuthate was 700 W,20min,and anthraquin was 78.65 %,with an intermediate product of anthraquinone,with a rate of 43.79%.
