| The simulation and optimization by computer for one propane dehydrogenation unit have been developed.Some practical problems have been solved and it’s very important for the unit’s high load,long period,stable running,energy-saving and cost-reducing.The model of this propane dehydrogenation unit was built by using Aspen Plus.As the depropanizing column wasrunning under fluctuated condition,some efforts have been done: a)the technical parameters under different conditions were given,b)the maximumload was calculated,c)the key measure of reducing load was given,d)one solution was proposed as air cooling is used on the depropanizing column and its load was influenced by different seasons,especially in summer.As the mixture from bottom of the de-heavy oil column which was used for fuel can be refined,a new rectifying column was designed and optimized.And the concrete measure was proposed to increase income by a new product and it’s also optimized to reduce costing.The heat exchange network of the reaction unit was built by Aspen Energy Analyzer.And the improvement program was proposed by means of pinch technology.The improvement program was carried out and 5.6 million yuan was saved per year for the company.After the improvements programs were carried out,the stability of the depropanizing column was improved,a new product was gained and the costing of energy was saved. |
