In order to regulate,manage and store the mass tobacco information effectively and safely and maintain the stability of raw materials,generated by the complicated process of cumbersome of the Hongyun Honghe Group tobacco raw material recipe,and informative use,it realized the transmission system of the near infrared spectrum file which is specially used for cross-regional and cross-site transmission of bulk tobacco leaf material,which solves the problem that the spectral file transmission speed is slow,the efficiency is low and the real-time sharing is difficult.The system is mainly designed to achieve the spectral file between the client and the server asynchronous upload and download functions.Taking the cross-regional problems between sites into account,the system uses asynchronous socket programming methods and multi-threaded parallel transmission principle to enhance the server’s concurrent processing capabilities,and makes full use of network resources to achieve efficient transmission of batch spectrum files.It is based on the integrated simulation test program to finalize the use of parallel 4 threads,and process the transmission spectrum file task.And the process of file transfer was optimized as the following:(1)Use LZW compression technology,and reduce the spectral data redundancy to achieve the loss of the spectral file upload.(2)As for large volume file(such as≥10M),use the sender block transmission and receiver reorganization with the transmission strategy.(3)The system achieved the function of transferring files from the broken position,and further enhanced the spectral file transmission efficiency.(4)Use the MD5 code verification method to verify the integrity and consistency of the transmitted spectral files,and to judge the retransmission of the spectral files.(5)Add the target file quick search function to enhance the spectral file download rate.(6)The system uses the Duilib interface design library to realize thedesign of the client interface view of the whole system,enhance the maintainability of the system and improve the user experience.After the trial operation of this system,it has been deployed to the Hongyun Honghe Group tobacco data management platform to use in the system,it is currently running in a good condition,to a large extent it enhanced the spectral file transmission efficiency,which can effectively meet the tobacco enterprise information transmission and sharing needs,with good application value.
