Phenolic compounds as an organic chemical raw materials and intermediates are widely used in chemical preparation and industrial production,such as gas stations,coking,oil refining,pharmaceutical,pesticide,paint,wood preservation etc.Although the use of phenolics provides convenience for our life,the phenol wastewater emissions also do some harm to our environment.Phenolics is a kind of environmental hormone that does harm to the big,wide range of pollution,lasting polluting etc,and can be accumulating in a long time.Phenolic compounds can be through the respiratory tract,skin and digestive system into the body,when low concentration can accumulate in the body cause chronic poisoning,high concentrations can cause acute poisoning and coma death.Thus analysis of phenolic pollutants detection on human health and environmental protection is of great significance.Phenolic contaminants exist in the environment mostly occur in such trace amounts,and coexist with various substances in the environment,to analyze and detect of susceptible to the interference of other substances.So you need to find an anti-jamming,high efficiency,convenient sample pretreatment technology to realize the analysis of phenolic pollutants determination.Molecularly Imprinted Polymer(MIP)as a new type of adsorbent material with highly specific recognition,stable performance,good reproducibility and has advantages of strong anti-jamming capability,in recent years has been widely used in many fields.However,preparation of molecularly imprinted polymer in the traditional way,not only the preparation process is tedious,and use of highly toxic organic solvent,can cause great pollution to the environment.Therefore,in recent years,more and more scholars dedicated to the study of finding a simple and environment friendly solvents for the molecularly imprinted polymer preparation.In this paper,we use the surface molecular imprinting sol-gel technology,respectively by silica gel and magnetic silica gel as the carrier,using 2,4-dinitrophenol(2,4-DNP)and 2,4,6-trichlorophenol(2,4,6-TCP)as template molecule,two kinds of phenolics surface molecularly imprinted polymer was prepared in anhydrous ethanol.Through the static adsorption experiment analysis,molecularly imprinted polymer adsorption model and the adsorption performance;using scanning electron microscopy(SEM),thermal analysis,infrared spectrum scanning,specific surface area analysis methods of the microscopic structure of the polymer and appearance shape are analyzed;molecularly imprinted polymers(MIPS)in actually investigated two kinds of environmental samples in the selection of specific target performance.The main contents are as follows:1.This paper summarizes the scope of the purpose,pollution,harm and analysis method of the phenolic compounds,pollution,harm and analysis method;Refer to the development of molecular imprinting technique and the status quo,concretely introduces the preparation of molecularly imprinted polymers as well as the principle;the surface molecular imprinting technique are introduced and the characteristics of sol gel technology,and prospects for development.2.With a surface molecular imprinting and sol gel technology preparation the method of combining the two kinds of phenolics,molecularly imprinted polymer surface.By scanning electron microscopy(SEM),thermal analysis,infrared spectrum scanning and specific surface area analysis method for the polymer microstructure and characterization appearance shape are analyzed,in order to further analysis of two kinds of phenolic surface theory mechanism of molecularly imprinted polymer for the target specificity recognition.3.Using the method of single factor variables,through the static adsorption experiment of two kinds of phenolic surface adsorption performance of molecularly imprinted polymer has carried on the exploration,examines the molecularly imprinted polymer specific choice performance of two kinds of phenolic and maximum adsorption;further through the adsorption isotherm and dynamic adsorption fitting of molecularly imprinted polymers(MIPS)in identifying the target objects in the process of adsorption model,the results found that both surface of phenolics,molecularly imprinted polymer in pseudo secondary dynamic model.4.The use of static adsorption experiment,the specific adsorption properties of two kinds of surface molecularly imprinted polymer was investigated.Results showed that in complex system,two kinds of phenolic surface molecularly imprinted polymer has the very strong anti-interference ability.MIP2,4-DNP for 2,4-dinitrophenol removal rate can reach 90%,and NIP2,4-DNP for 2,4-dinitrophenol removal rate is less than 48%;MIP2,4,6-TCP to 2,4,6-trichlorophenol removal rate is about 25%,the corresponding NIP2,4,6-TCP to 2,4,6-trichlorophenol the removal rate of about 15%.5.Based on the above research contents,this paper made a summary,and aims at the limitations of molecular imprinting technique and development space are discussed.
