In this study,the biodiversity of a lead-zinc mine in Hengyang City was investigated and the enrichment ability of heavy metals was studied.Then,the lead-zinc slag was used as the plant growth base,peat soil,red soil and vermiculite as slag improver,oleander,paulownia,castor three kinds of plants as plant material,to carry out lead-zinc slag matrix improved effect and plant tolerance research,aimed at screening the appropriate slag modifier,and reveal lead and zinc slag matrix improvement effect and plant tolerance,and provide theoretical and technical basis for mine ecological management.The main results of the study are as follows:1 Investigation on Vegetation Biodiversity and Lead Metal Accumulation in Lead-Zinc Mine tailings(1)There were 41 species of plant 15 families in the plot,and the plant species were rare,mostly herbaceous plants,among which Gramineae and Compositae were the dominant plants,accounting for 60%of the herbaceous species.Setaria and Mang in the herbs community for the dominant species of sub-dominant species,showing a strong growth advantage.However,there is still a problem that the community structure is single,the level of species diversity is not high and the ecology is fragile.Among them,the diversity of plant diversity is the best,the richness index R,the evenness index E and Diversity index H are the highest,respectively,only 2.299,0.724,1.813.(2)The contents of Pb,Zn and Cd in soils with different depths in three sampling points were analyzed.The results showed that the distribution of Pb and Zn in 0-10cm section was significantly different from that of the other five sections,and the pollution increased to 10-20cm,Cd distribution showed no significant difference between the six sections,the soil has been all pollution.In the mining area with high Cd content,the enrichment coefficient of Cd was lower in the mango,mackerel,reed and wild soybean.2 Study on the Improvement Effect and Plant Resistance of Lead-Zinc Slag(1)Castor and oleander in the vermiculite improved slag treatment increased the highest plant height,Paulownia in peat soil improved slag in the plant height growth is the best;castor and paulownia in vermiculite improved treatment of the best biomass,oleander Biomass improvement effect is the best peat soil,followed by vermiculite;three kinds of plant root growth status for vermiculite improvement>peat soil improvement>red soil improvement.(2)The content of Pb and Zn in the vermiculite improved was the highest,and the ability of Zn enrichment in the plant was stronger than that in the enrichment of Pb,and the minimum value appeared in the treatment of vermiculite.The ratio of Pb,Zn,Cu and Cd was more than that of castor>oleander>paulownia>paulownia;lead-zinc slag was compared with that of vermiculite>peat soil>Red soil.
