Abstract/Summary:
With the continuous progress of China’s industrialization process,air pollution is also increasingly serious.Continuous environmental pollution will bring a series of problems.At present,air pollution has a serious impact on human production and life,air pollution control is imminent.Therefore,research and application of air pollution tracking and positioning technology is extremely urgent,and the need for information technology to deal with air pollution monitoring information.This study studies and applies active olfactory odor source tracking and locating algorithm to determine the pollution source,and studies the specific algorithm of air pollution source location in this way.Firstly,the diffusion model of air pollutants in outdoor environment is simulated and analyzed.Based on Gauss diffusion model of continuous elevated point source,the diffusion of pollutants at four different heights in vertical direction is analyzed,ie Z = 0,10,20 m and 30 m,and the variation of pollutant concentration with wind speed and the concentration of pollutant along Z axis height.This algorithm is based on the active olfactory-based odor packet path estimation and particle swarm pollution localization.The algorithm is based on Particle Swarm Optimization(PSO)framework of active olfaction,and the theory of odor packet path estimation is applied to the tracking of pollution sources.The algorithm acquires contaminant concentration data by introducing the odor packet path estimation robot,and constantly updates the extreme value of individual particles and global population of particles to find the location of pollutant release.Compared with the standard PSO pollution localization algorithm,the time-consuming and success rate of the improved algorithm is proportional to the PSO size.With the increase of the PSO,the corresponding time-consuming increases,and the improved algorithm is accelerated by introducing the odor packet estimation path The speed of localization algorithm,the average time-consuming than the standard PSO algorithm has improved.An air pollution monitoring and location system based on Internet of Things is designed and implemented.The system application layer is divided into two parts,flight control ground station system and air pollution source monitoring and location system.Flight control ground station system is mainly connected with the aircraft to control the flight of aircraft.The pollution source monitoring and location display system is mainly used for receiving,storing and processing the pollution source data returned by the aircraft,and displaying the pollution source location result on the electronic map.The system has been tested by simulation and has certain feasibility.
