In order to solve the problem of long time-consuming maintenance line and the difficulty to judging the production line fault,this project has designed and realized the remote maintenance system of metallurgical production line.Firstly,I study the process parameters,main technical parameters and control process of electroplating tin production line.Then in views of the process,the equipment variables are analyzed,judged and classified.Secondly,compared of the architecture of C/S structure and B/S structure,I design the remote maintenance system which combines with C/S and B/S structure.Thirdly,I achieve the remote data transmission of the metallurgical production line by using transparent function of cloud server.Then based on the analyzed characteristics and summarized experience data of the failure of metallurgical production line,I establish the knowledge base and reasoning mechanism of fuzzy expert system,and the fault diagnosis of remote maintenance system is realized.Finally,I achieve the metallurgical production line remote maintenance system by using Web Forms and ADO.NET technology based on the.NET platform.The functions of the maintenance system consist of remote data monitoring,real-time data curve,remote fault alarm,remote fault prediction and diagnosis,historical data statistical analysis etc.Experiments show that the establishment of metallurgical remote maintenance system is necessary.It not only improves the efficiency of maintenance engineers and reduces the processing time of the failure,but also guarantees the economic benefits of metallurgical enterprises greatly.
