There are common wax percipitation,scaling,pipe solidification and clogging phenomena in tubing transportation.Especially in northern China's oil field,very low temperature in winter makes the crude oil temperature flowing in the ground pipeline is much lower than its temperature,increasing the greater resistance to the original viscosity of the liquid flowing,make a large extent,seriously affected the pipeline transport capacity and delivery efficiency.At present in the northeastern and northwest of China's oil field is widely used in the three tube associated with the process which is the use of heating pipe on the ground pipeline heating,in order to reduce the heat caused by the pipeline exposed to the loss of crude oil to ensure that the flow.However,the three-tube technology is complex and costly,and it is not conducive to the energy-saving and efficient development of the oilfield in today's low oil price era.In order to solve the above problems,this article first proposed the thermal insulation of the wellbore to achieve the purpose of the wellhead output liquid has a higher temperature.In this paper,a model of composite insulated lined tubing is established,and the foundation structure,heat transfer process,calculation of specific parameters and establish the correction method of some parameters;The wellbore heat transfer model is established to calculate the energy conversion between the wellbore,the wellbore and the formation,and the thermal resistance of the formation;Based on the calculation of the thermal resistance of the verticalwellbore,the design method of the vertical wellbore temperature field for the conventional rod pump is designed by optimizing the wellhead temperature,Hot lining tubing optimal laying program.Reducing the ground pipeline heating and transportation process,to avoid waxing,condensate and other phenomena occur to ensure the stable production of oil fields.And this technology is simple,easy to operate,greatly saves the material and cost,especially in the era of low oil prices today,energy efficiency and efficiency development,to ensure the normal production of oil wells to achieve long-term efficient,rational development,energy saving is of great significance.
