Food safety risk monitoring system to join the national From 2010 in Xinjiang,start of food-borne pathogenic bacteria pollution status monitoring system.From 2010 to 2015,detection of food sample number followed by 8 categories,1620,8 categories,2181,7 categories,1520,7major categories,1658,1530 fall into five categories,eight major categories of 1470 a total of8479 samples of food,sample type and pathogenic bacteria detection range will every year according to the national monitoring scheme adjustment,but remained at about 7 categories,mainly to detect food type: meat and meat products,frozen cooked rice flour food,infant formula food,milk and dairy products,food,aquatic products and its products;Main detection of pathogenic bacteria: staphylococcus aureus,single liszt fungus,salmonella,bacillus cereus,e.coli,deputy hemolytic vibrio.From 2010 to 2015,the main pathogenic bacteria staphylococcus aureus,single liszt fungus,salmonella,bacillus cereus,e.coli,deputy hemolytic vibrio detection rate:0.93%,1.65%,1.64%,0.42%,2.03%,4.61%.Pathogenic bacteria contamination of the highest food types are: 2010,meat and meat products,milk and dairy products in 2011,2012 infant formula food,restaurant food,meat and meat products in 2014,2013,2015,meat and meat products.At the same time,on the top of contaminated food pathogenic bacteria staphylococcus aureus,the resistance monitoring,selected from 49 strains isolated in 2015 staphylococcus aureus for drug sensitive test,from the communist party of China(36 strains of drug-resistant bacteria detection resistant rate of 73.47%.1 for 6 drug-resistant strains of methicillin-resistant staphylococcus aureus(MRSA),and the remaining 35 for single or multiple drug-resistant strains of methicillin sensitive staphylococcus aureus(MSSA).Average of antibiotic resistant rate from high to low in turn for penicillin,erythromycin(ERY)(PEN)84.43% 46.21%,clindamycin24.59%(CLI),tetracycline(TET),ciprofloxacin(CIP)10.60% to 6.29%,benzene azole Westwood(OXA),cefoxitin provided(CFX)were 5.90%,5.90%,of azithromycin(DAP),gentamicin(GEN)were 1.36%,5.56% chloramphenicol(chlorophyll)0.93%,vancomycin(VAN)0.00%.By the above results may safely draw the conclusion: Xinjiang region of food-borne pathogenic bacteria pollution rising trend year by year,but rising trend is not entirely explain the grim situation of our food safety,because the choice of sample types and pathogenic bacteria according to monitoring results in the adjustment of year,at the same time of sampling and inspection personnel the ability in improve year by year,so for an objective view of food-borne pathogens pollution condition.Monitoring of drug resistance of staphylococcus aureus at the same time also to Xinjiang in the future of food-borne pathogenic bacteria drug resistance monitoring.
