The electrocatalytic oxidation technology can decompose organic pollutants into small molecules organic matter or directly degrade into water and carbon dioxide. This can make the organic be degradated more efficiently?completely and harmlessly. Therefore, the electrocatalysis technology has a broad application prospect in the degradation of organic wastewater. And in the electrocatalysis process, the electrode is the most critical part.Compared with metal, refractory metal and other electrode, membrane electrode has a large specific surface area and wide application, and more and more attention in organic wastewater treatment. At present, the membrane materials in membrane electrode are usually inorganic materials such as ceramic membrane, the biggest defect of membrane electrode is the situation of catalytic material shedding in the reaction process,to reduce the catalytic effect. In this paper, the electrocatalytic technology and organic membrane materials are combined, hope that a new membrane electrode with excellent properties can be prepared by this method—Polyether sulfone electric catalytic organic membrane?Compared with the combination of inorganic membrane materials and catalytic materials, the combination of organic membrane materials has a good advantage in the combination of catalytic substances. Moreover, the selection of organic membrane material is wide, and the preparation method is simple and low cost.In this paper,Polyether sulfone electric catalytic organic membrane containing two different catalysts was prepared by phase inversion method, used carbon fiber cloth as support, two different electrocatalyst were added in the casting membrane solution.Polyether sulfone electric catalytic organic membrane was prepared with polyethersulfone as polymer, polyvinylpyrrolidone as additive, dimethylacetamide as solvent, and Polyether sulfone electric catalytic organic membrane was prepared by adding conductive polymer and electrochemical catalyst in casting membrane solution with the method of pHase inversion.Among them, two different catalysts are Sb-SnO2 and Pt/c.Two kinds of Polyether sulfone electric catalytic organic membrane containing different catalysts were characterized by SEM,XRD,XPS and so on.The results showed that Polyether sulfone electric catalytic organic membrane containing Sb-SnO2 catalyst contained polyaniline and Sb-SnO2,Polyether sulfone electric catalytic organic membrane containing pt/c catalyst contained polyaniline and pt/c.The surface of Polyether sulfone electric catalytic organic membrane is uniform, smooth and smooth, and finger hole in the cross section. In this experiment, the direct red 31 dye was selected as target. The effect of the content of the conductive polymer and electrocatalyst on the electrocatalytic properties of organic membrane was studied, and the influence of voltage, dye concentration,pH,electrolyte species and the concentration of the electrolyte on the degradation of dyes were studied. The experimental results show that when the initial concentration of dye is 20 mg/L,the voltage is 2.6 V,with NaCl electrolyte, the mass fraction of NaCl is 8%,neutral conditions,to degradate the direct red 31 dye,the Polyether sulfone electric catalytic organic membrane performs better in the degradation of direct red 31 dye.The experimental results show that the membrane electrode prepared by the catalysis and organic membrane materials—polyether sulfone electric catalytic organic membrane,it can degradate the organic pollutants on the surface and film hole of the membrane,at the same time of degradating the direct red dye 31.To a certain extent,it also played a role in the remission of the membrane fouling on the polyether sulfone electric catalytic organic membrane.
