Not only because of coordination polymers?CPs?have intriguing architectures but also owing to immeasurable applications in extensive areas,such as luminescent science,electrical conductivity,magnetism,thermodynamic,sorption and separation of gas,catalysis,sense and biological activity.However,the construction of coordination polymers is influenced by lots of key factors,such as the choice of ligands,solvent,temperature,pH,and many more.Hence,how to control the external factors on the construction of directed self-assembly process of organic ligands and metal ions is still a challenge which scientists have been working on these years.In this thesis,flexible 1,6-bis?2-methyl-imidazole-yl?-hexane?bimh?ligand and rigid 1,3,5-tri?1H-Pyrazol-3-yl?benzene ligand are chosen as as main ligands,aromatic carboxylates chosen as vice ligands,and 15 novel complexes are obtained.Furthermore,the structures and properties for the complexes were investigated and represented.The whole thesis has four parts.The first part brings up the brief introduction,the concept of coordination chemistry,coordination polymers,crystal engineering,the prospect of development and applications are scientificly introduced.Then,the progress of development,together with the topic basis and significance of the thesis are summarized.In the second part,flexible 1,6-bis?2-methyl-imidazole-yl?-hexane?bimh?ligand and aromatic carboxylates are selected as hybrid ligands,transition metal ions as central ions,and 8 various coordination polymers were successfully obtained by solvothermal route:[Zn?bimh?0.5?5-MIPA?]n?1?,[Cu?bimh?0.5?1,4-H2ndc?]n?2?,{[Co5?bimh?2?H2bdc-Br2?4]·3H2O}n?3?,{[Co2?bimh?0.5?5-TBIPA?2]}n?4?,{[Zn2?bimp?1.5?5-TBIPA?2]}n?5?,{[Ni?bimh??5-NIPA?]EtOH}n?6?,{[Zn3?bimh?0.5?5-NIPA?2]·2H2O }n?7?,[Cd?bimh??5-NIP A?]n?8?.Then the variety of spatial of configuration of bimh in 1-8 is discussed.Meanwhile,the synthesized CPs have been characterized by elemental analysis,X-ray powder diffraction,X-ray single-crystal diffraction,IR spectra,thermodynamic analysis,fluorescence spectrometry,magnetic properties,which are expected to dig into the value deeply of the CPs.In the third part of the thesis,rigid 1,3,5-tri?1H-Pyrazol-3-yl?benzene?tpb?ligand and aromatic carboxylates and aliphatic carboxylates are selected as hybrid ligands,transition metal ions as central ions,and 7 simple coordination polymers were successfully obtained by hydrothermal route:[Ni?tpb?2?2,2'-TDA?2]n?9?,[Cd 2?tpb?2?H2IPA?2]n?10?,[Zn2?tpb??H2TPA?]n?11?,[Co?tpb??2,2'-dpa?]n?12?,[Ni?tpb?2?H2tpa-OH2?]n?13?,{[Zn?tpb??5-OIPA?]·H2O}}?14?,[Cu?tpb??H2bdc-Cl2?]n?15?.Same as the thesis in the second part,the structures and potential properties of the 7 complexes were also investigated,characterized and discussed.In the fourth part,the peroration of the thesis is summarized and discussed.
