In this paper,based on CT scanning system,using VB programming platform self-developed software system to analyze the current system of scanning data,our school is based on the use of the design and development of the three-dimensional reconstruction of CT scan software design,development of a set of image processing and analysis technology,and the analysis of the three-dimensional pore structure,the micro residual oil,the qualitative and quantitative characterization of different types of pore structure and micro residual oil,experimental testing method is designed and built for the micro residual oil occurrence and system identification method.The three dimensional skeleton information,pore morphology and the distribution of micro residual oil are analyzed.This paper presents a quantitative statistical analysis method for the microscopic occurrence of residual oil,analyzes the relationship between the occurrence state of the pore and the remaining oil,and gives the quantitative characterization parameters for describing the remaining state of the remaining oil.And the corresponding classification standards of pore structure and residual oil are obtained.Finally,the distribution of remaining oil in different displacement stages and different positions was analyzed by the experiment of core displacement.The macro residual oil and micro residual oil are combined,and the remaining oil distribution in different stages and different positions are analyzed.The main results and understanding are obtained:Formed a set of three-dimensional imaging of CT scanning method,design a series of CT 3D image processing and analysis software,and the analysis of the three-dimensional pore structure,micro residual oil,the qualitative and quantitative characterization of different types of pore structure and micro residual oil,experimental testing method is designed and used to build a micro the remaining oil occurrence and identification method of software.The quantitative statistical analysis method of microscopic occurrence of remaining oil is put forward,and the relationship between the pore and microscopic remaining oil is analyzed.The classification standards of the corresponding pore structure and remaining oil were obtained.Experiment results show that: both water flooding and polymer flooding,oil droplets over the same horizon in change,the entrance end of the remaining oil,water flooding and polymer flooding,remaining oil forming reduction the number of micro residual oil significantly increased.
