Deep rock hardness in Liaohe Oilfield,strong heterogeneity in the process of drilling,drill string longitudinal vibration and torsional vibration,failure accidents fracture BHA and drilling tool failure has become a bottleneck in the development of deep well drilling in Liaohe oilfield.In this paper,Liaohe oilfield drilling tool failure analysis,the main analysis of the drill pipe failure types and influencing factors of drilling tool failure,including material selection,formation factor,borehole factors etc.At the same time,the stress of the drilling tool is analyzed,and the failure of the drill string is studied from the angle of mechanics.According to the mechanical model of BHA,based on various types of wells in Liaohe Oilfield in different position of centralizer and drilling speed under different pressure stress analysis,the optimization results of drilling parameters are given BHA structure reasonable and reduce drilling strength failure and high frequency stress failure.To provide basis for prevention of drilling tool failure,through the use of new drill pipe and nondestructive inspection to prevent drill failure problem very well,it has an important significance to improve the drilling speed and economic benefit.
