A deep sea oil and gas field in Brazil is in the stage of proven reserves recently and development program desig,in order to reduce the amount of operating equipments and the using cost,the field abandon FPSO platform and choose the method of transmissing the production from deep sea to land by long pipeline.But due to the influence of low temperature and high pressure inside pipeline in deep sea,hydrates may be formed inside the pipeline in the process of long pipeling transmissing,the accumulation of hydrates may case the block of pipeline and give a great threaten the safty of operating,therefore,the prediction of hydrates formation in long pipeline in deep sea of target oil and gas field has an important role.At present,the prediction and prevention and control measures is comparatively mature,but the most different between deep sea and land pipeline is the change of temperature,because of the presence of temperature gradient,the flow low of the fluid inside the pipeline of pipeline operating may be influenced and lead to the unclear of the prediction of hydrates formation.The article focuses on that when the temperature gradient field exist in the pipeline,study on the hydrate prediction of 1900 m long pipeline which is from deep sea to the land in a gas field in Brazil,the product and the position of the hydrate were studied in the presence of 4 temperature gradient by OLGA full dynamic numerical simulation software and study on how temperature influence on the formation of hydrates by monitoring the rate of formation and the amount of products by the maximum position of hydrate under the condition of 4 temperature gradient.And in the case of the temperature gradient is really existed,based on several typical throughput and moisture content in every stage of production of target oil and gas field,predicting the amount and the formation location of hydrates,otherwise,the article study exploratory on the throughput’s deposition and flushing action on the location of hydrate formation.The results provide fundamental basis for the research of hydrate blockages the pipe and the precautionary measures in subsequence. |
