High temperature alloys is the manufacture of rocket engine hot end components of the key materials which have excellent thermal properties, thermal stability, corrosion resistance and good technology, and it has been widely used in the atomic energy, energy and power, transportation, petrochemicals and seawater operations, etc. At the same time, it is also a typical difficult-to-machine material. In the process, there are many disadvantages such as high cutting temperature, severe work hardening, serious tool wear and low production efficiency, which restrict the application of high temperature alloys to a great extent. High-speed cutting technology has the advantages of small cutting force, small deformation of the workpiece, high material removal rate, and has been used in the cutting of high-temperature alloys. Compared with the traditional cutting, high-speed cutting, although a substantial increase in processing efficiency, but in the actual processing process, there are still many problems to be solved. Among them, the large use of cutting fluid, not only to increase the cost of production and serious pollution of the environment. Therefore,it is a key problem to find a high efficient cooling and lubricating method instead of cutting fluid. In order to realize the green and efficient manufacture of the high temperature alloys, the composite spray cooling technology was used to carry out the high speed machining of the GH4169 high temperature alloy. The wear patterns of the tool were analyzed and compared in the process parameters to study the influence of spraying parameters on tool wear. The effect of main parameters (water volume V,oil Q, low temperature gas temperature T) on surface roughness was studied by orthogonal test. The results show: The use of composite spray cooling lubrication technology High-speed cutting GH4169 flake is the most important when the rake face wear patterns, the main wear mode of the flank is groove wear; With the increase of the oil Q, the wear of the tool decreases gradually; The wear amount of the tool increases first and then decreases with the decrease of the low temperature gas temperature T; The value of the machined surface roughness decreases with the increase of the water volume V, With the increase of the water quantity, When the water quantity is 25ml/h, the value of the roughness is 0.67um; When the water temperature is low,the minimum value of the roughness is 0.596um when the temperature of the low temperature gas is -55℃; The primary and secondary factors that affect the machined surface roughness are the temperature T> the oil quantity Q> the water quantity V of the low temperature gas; The optimum parameters of the processed surface roughness are:oil volume 7ml/h, water volume 25ml/h, temperature of the low temperature gas -55℃;There are two types of textures in the machining process, which are related to the tool wear and vibration during machining.
