| In laser processing,high power and high energy laser beam is focused on the surface of the material,which causes the material to melt and the surface of the material to be separated from the surface of the material to achieve the purpose of processing.The processing efficiency is high,the contact type processing,the processing material widespread and so on characteristic,causes the laser processing to have the advantage which the traditional processing cannot compare,But in laser processing,it is inevitable to produce the defects such as recast layer,micro crack and heat affected zone,which can reduce the surface quality and service life of micro structure.In this paper,the technology of laser micro machining with electrolyte jet is presented,the technology of laser beam and the corrosive electrolyte jet coaxial acting on the workpiece in the laser processing and corrosion of electrolyte jet machining area of erosion,cooling and micro corrosion can greatly reduce the thickness of recast layer,reduce the number of heat affected zone and micro crack phenomenon is highly concentrated.The main contents of electrolyte jet assisted laser micromachining technology research are as follows:The reasons of re cast layer in laser processing and the research progress of the removal of recast layer at home and abroad are analyzed,then the material removal mechanism and the mechanism of the laser coupling electrolyte jet beam in the laser micro machining of the electrolyte jet were studied;Study on the theory of absorption,scattering theory of laser in the electrolyte,by two wavelength laser(532nm,1064nm)in acidic electrolyte concentration,dynamic temperature and flow velocity(NaHSO4,HF)in the experimental study of energy attenuation regularity,provide a reference basis for the selection of electrolyte parameters in combined machining;Establishing the electrolyte jet assisted laser drilling process in the flow field and temperature field mathematical model,using the finite difference method in fluent 14.0 and ANSYS software to the mathematical model of iterative calculation,then obtains the influencelaw of evolution process and process parameters on the hole shaped hole,Using the simulation processing parameters to carry out the actual composite processing drilling,the appearance and size of the contrast hole,the consistency between the two is good,which verifies the validity of the simulation;Compared with stainless steel(1Cr18Ni9Ti)and single crystal silicon material(Si)in air laser processing,water jet assisted laser processing and electrolyte jet assisted laser processing of hole morphology and re cast layer,Verified the electrolyte jet assisted laser processing can be reduced recast layer thickness,reduce the number of cracks and reduce the heat affected zone is highly concentrated.At the end,the stainless steel material(1Cr18Ni9Ti)was carried out on the drilling experiment,studied the effects of laser pulse energy law,laser repetition rate,electrolyte concentration,electrolyte jet speed on material removal,recast layer thickness,initial grasp of the basic process law of electrolyte jet assisted laser micro machining,which lays a foundation for further study of electrolyte jet assisted laser micro machining technology. |
