High voltage pulse breaking technology has wide application area and application prospect in the crushing of modern rock and mining,it has a great advantage in the crushing of brittle materials.In recent years it had been used in specific rock crushing production in Russia and the United States and acquired wide attention by the scholars at home and abroad.Through using the principle of high voltage pulse discharge technology and drawing lessons from the experience in the ore mining,by studying the characteristics of the electric breakdown of solid medium and breakdown mechanism,analyzing the pulse voltage parameters that can be used in the human body stone.Analysing the influence of pulse voltage front to the rock breaking and according to the rock breakdown characteristics that pulse rising frontier below 500 ns to the human stone.Therefore,using the high voltage pulse for direct discharge of stones should make the pulse discharge of front as little as possible,the design of the pulse front is 90 ns in this paper.In this paper,on the basis of the high voltage pulse discharge directly crushed rock,use of advantage on rock breaking,according to the pulse rise time,develop the device for pulse discharge rock breaking,the main components including the charge and discharge power supply,switch,capacitor and discharge electrode.Aiming at several common kidney stones discharge experiments and get good results.According to the experimental results to analyse the discharge circuit parameter model,calculate parameters of discharge circuit of different stone types.Through the research on discharge circuit parameters of different stones,comparing stone types and extract the characteristics of different types of discharge parameters between stones,establish the transfer function of stone discharge breakdown,provides a theoretical basis for the optimization of control parameters of the device.
