The nanocomposite coating is to insert the insoluble solid particles with a characteristic dimension of 1-100 nm(nanometers)into the base metal,which formed metal-based nanocomposites.From the property perspective,there is a certain amount of nanoparticles in nanocomposite coatings,the nanoparticles themselves have many unique physical and chemical properties,such as microhardness,corrosion resistance,wear resistance,high temperature oxidation resistance,electrical and photocatalytic properties,which makes nanocomposite coatings exhibit a lot of superior properties.In recent years,nanocomposite coatings have attracted wide attention and research.Ni-TiN nanocomposite coating has many excellent properties,such as high hardness,good wear resistance,corrosion resistance as well as high-density,etc.It has many applications in the improvement of metal surface properties.Therefore,it is of great significance to conduct in-depth study of Ni-TiN nanocomposite coatings.With the development of nano coatings prepared by power ultrasonic technology and electrochemical deposition,in recent years,scholars at home and abroad began to get power ultrasound technology and electrochemical deposition method together,a preliminary study on the preparation of nanocrystals and nanocoatings by ultrasonic assisted electrodeposition was carried out.But the relevant research is still in the experimental research stage.In summary,it is very important to carry out the preparation of composite coatings by ultrasonic field and electric field.In this paper,Ni-TiN nanocomposite coatings were prepared by power ultrasonic-pulsed electrodeposition,and study the mechanism of ultrasonic field and electric field composite deposition.In addition,the device and the composite plating solution were studied;Meanwhile,the main factor in the preparation of Ni-TiN nanocomposite coating process impact composite coatings were studied(TiN nanoparticle concentration,cathode current density,duty cycle pulse power,ultrasonic power),the optimum technological parameters of Ni-TiN nano-composite coating prepared by power ultrasonic-pulse electrodeposition were determined by orthogonal experimental analysis;It also performed a comprehensive observation test to the properties of composite coatings(microhardness,adhesion,corrosion resistance,wear resistance)by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),microhardness tester,friction and wear tester,high resolution electron microscope.It is expected to lay a theoretical and technical basis for the preparation of other types of metal-based nanocomposite coatings,and to expand the further research and application ofnanocomposite materials. |
