With the Daqing oilfield development,oil exploration is facing more serious situation,resources and maintain orderly replacement production scale are technical problems with the world level,since 2015,international oil prices continued to slump,the overall efficiency of oilfield exploration and development has been seriously affected,the oil and gas industry usher in investment,production and control the situation of cost reduction.In this grim situation,drilling technology as the key technology of oil and gas exploration and development plays an important role.Daqing oilfield in Changyuan oil fields after adjusting development for many years,in the extra high water cut stage adjustment wells is facing many new problems,low ROP and downhole complex problems generally show.He Xing 76 block,the block fault dip angle changes,the formation fracture pressure is low,because of the particularity of the geological structure,greatly increases the probability of occurrence during drilling well blowout,leakage accident,which greatly limits the drilling speed increased,increasing the reservoir protection the difficulty,so it is necessary to adopt new technology,new technology,new tools to improve drilling speed,improve the supporting technology,realize the block safe and fast drilling target,to improve the mechanical speed,shorten construction period,reduce the cost.Due to the formation of Xing 76 angle,at the same time the development of shallow gas and fault,complex geological conditions,complex drilling accidents occur frequently,causing serious harm to the drilling production in influencing the drilling speed and drilling technology in the area of optimization is very important.In order to reduce drilling accidents in this area,the paper makes a further study on the existing technology based on the geological structure of the first 76 apricot region were analyzed,studied in the complex geological conditions of drilling accident complexity,analyzes the reason of the drilling hole collapse,the formation process of wells leakage,resulting in the effect of drilling;carried out on the drilling fluid,drilling tools,drill bit and drilling parameter optimization research,by combining the geological conditions of this area,to carry out drilling fluid system test,determine the drilling fluid formula;through the analysis of the drilling fluid flow test,optimization of wellbore the structure,calculate the reasonable hole size,and PDC bit optimization big hole,in improving the drilling speed and reduce underground complex situation;through the drill node Analysis of the structure performance and optimization of drilling assembly and drilling parameters.Through the optimization of 76 apricot area drilling technology,can effectively reduce the drilling accident in the block complexity,accelerate the pace of the exploration development,can be used for the rapid construction of drilling drilling company in the area of security.
