Research On Drilling Well Technology And Well Completion Technology Of Large Displacement Wells In Liaohe Oilfield

In recent years,the oil and gas exploration and development of Liaohe Oilfield is developing towards the sea and shallow sea.Due to the limitation of geographical environment,it is possible to save a lot of money,manpower and material resources and to develop the marine oil and gas resources by using large displacement structure in the beach and shallow sea areas.Large displacement well drilling technology is a sophisticated drilling technology and the integrated systems engineering including current directional wells and horizontal well technology.It can be widely used in the coastal oilfield,offshore oil and ground conditions even the exploration and development of extremely complex oil and gas.The application of large displacement wells is not only successfully to develop the marginal small oil field,but also greatly promoting the domestic research and application of advanced foreign large displacement well technology.In recent years,domestic scholars have made some theoretical research methods for the technical difficulties of large displacement well,especially the optimization design theory of large displacement well,the technology of domestic application and the computer application software technology.However,due to many factors,the large displacement well technology in the actual field application process can not achieve the desired development effect especially by the special environment of the drilling area.In this paper,the friction and torque in the well drilling technology are researched and analyzed.The recursive calculation formula of the friction torque under different working conditions is obtained,and the methods and ways to reduce the friction and torque are given.And then applied to the study of the example of the block wells.Then,the wellbore track design and the drilling fluid system suitable for the study block in the well drilling and completion technology are studied.The wellbore design method and the large displacement well drilling fluid density reasonably are givrn.On the basis of the above research,the drilling and completion technology of large displacement well is studied,and the difficult problem of the construction of large displacement well is studied and the solution is given.This paper gives a set of technical measures for drilling and completion in the construction technology of the large displacement well.It has carried out field application which provides theoretical basis and practical guidance for the application of large displacement well technology in the area.
