The application of automatic control theory in the practice more extensive,among them,the adaptive control system with its parameters,performance advantages obtained universal promotion.Using adaptive systems that control mode,the structure changes,the contrast study on the various data.For a clear understanding of adaptive system in noise suppression,interference ability to fight,robustness and performance on the margin,the author has carried on the simulation results,and in xylene adsorption separation between operating practice.In the adaptive control system is introduced into the projection algorithm,recursive least square method is introduced.Using this tool,can to slow down the operation of algorithm convergence,and speed up the updating parameters.To summarize the simulation data,if not through modeling processing,dynamic characteristics of the system stability and control effect is reduced greatly.Thought premise,in the inner regions of the adaptive control system is introduced into noise and interference,the analysis of experimental data,found that estimates of the parameter value with the true value is very close to.In this design,the author in xylene adsorption separation between design,the introduction of the adaptive system,hoping to enhance the level of chemical production.In identifying parameters,by means of recursive least squares method,improve the accuracy of the model parameters.Comparing with the results of control,adaptive control analysis,found that after the introduction of the adaptive control system scheme,device level also improved.Operation is stable,control increases;Reduces the labor intensity of manual operation,saving human resources.
