With the rapid development of China's industry,the level of industrial automation requirements are higher and higher,Daqing oilfield vigorously promote the automation,information management,the joint station to achieve centralized monitoring of various positions,unattended.Toutai oil field control boiler thermal cycling system is still using the traditional relay and two meter,the automation level is not high,the safety performance is low,so the old coal-fired boiler room automation transformation,has important significance to realize the gas boiler automatic combustion,heating and living hot water heating automatic operation.In this paper,according to the requirements of the boiler thermal cycle system,a set of economical,efficient,compact and high technology boiler thermal cycle automatic monitoring system is developed.In this paper,the boiler thermal cycle control system based on PLC is designed,which is based on,which is composed of two parts.This article from the overall framework of the system design,analysis of the existing process,improve the design of the original process,system controller,system selection of instrument analysis,selection and design,PLC control cabinet control cabinet design and frequency conversion,MCU and PC software realization,this several aspects.The framework of small distributed control system based on SIEMENS S7-300 PLC as the core controller,according to the changes of process parameters by using the closed-loop characteristics,the traditional PID algorithm and fuzzy controller design of self-tuning PID algorithm combining the outlet temperature of heat exchanger on 1#~5#,heating circulating pump outlet pipe pressure,cylinder pressure,hot water supply and return the pressure of life,the return water temperature,the control effect is reliable,stable and real-time.The system adopts the integrated automation software TIA Portal V13 botu on the lower computer program,in which the 1#~5# heat exchanger outlet temperature,using the heat exchanger entrance installation of electric control valve,the heat exchanger temperature,reliable stable and real-time control effect of heating circulating pump outlet pipe pressure,cylinder pressure,water supply pressure,hot water hot water return temperature And by controlling the heating circulating pump,water pump,hot water pump,hot water circulating pump frequency converter,HMI using powerful WinCC 7.3 configuration software to realize on-site process screen real-time monitoring and dynamic display,operation status of field devices,the process parameters of trend display the report,display and print function of monitoring data,equipment fault diagnosis and operation parameters and alarm function.In this paper,the running state of the system is summarized,and the advanced intelligent control algorithm is expounded.Through the research and analysis,this paper has realized a real time monitoring,precise control,fast dynamic response,reliable operation and stable performance.
