After 20 years of mining,the Daqing oilfield has formed a production technology of low permeability oilfield acidizing and fracturing,slim hole recovery and microbial stimulation supporting,for oilfield production continued to provide a strong technical support.However,there are still 3.7×108t refractory reserves in the current technical and economic conditions can not be effectively used,of which the Zhaozhou oil field reserves of 1.1×108t,accounting for about 1/3.Therefore,it is of great significance for the large-scale development of Fuyang oil layer to improve the utilization of reserves.According to research purpose,this paper consists of 4 parts.The first part: The study on the geological conditions of the low permeability reservoir of Fuyang oil field is carried out,including the main geological characteristics and mining status;The second part: Based on the basic formula of non-Darcy seepage flow,a model for calculating the production of non-Darcy flow under the condition of area well pattern and rectangular well pattern is established;The third part: Laboratory experiments were carried out to evaluate the physical properties and seepage characteristics of ultra-low permeability Fuyang oil reservoir;the fourth part: Based on the field test,this paper studies the pre evaluation of large scale fracturing in rectangular well pattern and the large scale fracturing technology of rectangular well pattern.Through this study,to yield maximization as the assessment criteria,the well pattern optimization,including well pattern,well row direction,economic limit well density,well spacing,row spacing,the deployment of development wells scheme is obtained.The overall design of the fracturing scheme optimizes the fracturing scale of oil and water wells,and uses the low damage fracturing fluid with good compatibility with the reservoir and the high efficiency drainage technology to improve the fracturing effect.The success of the large scale fracturing test of the rectangular well pattern in the test area provides a new development method for the effective utilization of the ultra-low permeability Fuyang oil layer.
