Microbial natural products are an important source of bioactive compounds.The development and utilization of new bioactive compounds are a requirement for the healthy development of human society.A rare actinomycetes strain Micromonospora carbonacea JXNU-1 has broad-spectrum antibacterial,which was isolated from soil.In this paper,we studied the purification methods natural products of Micromonospora carbonacea JXNU-1 which was in the ethyl acetate phase,and identified the structures of the purified compounds.The main results were as follows:Two compounds,Trilinolein and Docosanoic acid,were isolated and purified from the ethyl acetate extracted fermentation broth of Micromonospora carbonacea JXNU-1 through medium pressure column chromatography,Sephadex LH-20 column separation,and their structures were identified by NMR and MS.According to the relevant literature,Trilinolein has antioxidant activity,anti-inflammatory activity and anti-cancer effect.Docosanoic acid can be used as a grease,its derivatives have a variety of industrial uses.The isolation and identification of natural products from the fermentation broth of Micromonospora carbonacea JXNU-1 can provide an experimental basis for the development and application of Micromonospora carbonacea JXNU-1 natural products.
