Fluorescence analysis,featured by simple operation and high sensitivity,is widely applied in the fields of medical,life and environmental sciences,which can realize the real-time and dynamic monitoring in biological body.In this thesis,three fluorescent probes have been designed and synthesized for the detection of HClO and Hg2+,respectively:1.A new type of “turn-on” Cl O-fluorescent probe PHC2 was designed and synthesized based on 2-(2’-Hydroxylphenyl)Benzothiazole(HBT).The effect of Excited-state Intramolecular Proton Transfer(ESIPT)of the probe was restored by the oxidation reaction between the azo moiety and HCl O.Also,probe presented high specificity selection and sensitivity.2.2-(2’-Hydroxylphenyl)Benzothiazole(HBT)based “turn-on” fluorescent ClO-probe PHC3 has been synthesized.The probe features good selectivity and sensitivity to ClO-under PBS:Et OH(V/V = 2:8,pH 7.4,1% MeCN)conditions.3 A “ratiometric” fluorescent response Hg2+ probe PHC4 has been designed and synthesized by combination of coumarin and thioacetal.In the addition of concerntraion of Hg2+ in PBS(pH 7.4),the blue fluorescence emission at 497 nm gradually decreased,while the new yellow fluorescence emission at 566 nm gradually increased.The probe shows good selectivity and excellent sensitivity.Furthermore,the probe could monitor Hg2+ in HeLa cells.
