| Ginkgo biloba is a unique species in China,it has a wide range of edible value.Ginkgo biloba is rich in a variety of trace elements and polysaccharides,flavonoids and other functional ingredients,with antioxidant and anti-aging and other health effects.At the same time,also contains ginkgo phenolic acid and other toxic,acidic ingredients,the human health will have serious harm.Ginkgo powder is a new type of ginkgo processing products,can be widely used as a health food base material,in-depth study of low toxicity and safety of high-quality ginkgo powder processing technology to promote the application of deep processing of ginkgo has important theoretical significance.The method of extracting four kinds of bioactive components of ginkgo biloba,ginkgolic acid,heptadecyl monenene ginkgolic acid and ginkgo flavonoids in ginkgo biloba were studied by using hot air drying.The effects of treatment and drying conditions on the total flavonoids of Ginkgo biloba and Ginkgo biloba were established,and the technical standard of low toxicity and safe ginkgo powder was established.The main findings and conclusions are as follows:1、The extraction process of ginkgolic acid and ginkgo biloba flavonoids and the determination of the detection conditions were as follows: the extraction time of ginkgolic acid was 40 min,the ratio of liquid to material was 1: 3(g: g),the ultrasonic temperature was 55.6 ℃,At this time the maximum amount of ginkgolic acid extraction is 0.1678 mg / ml.The extraction time of the total flavonoids of Ginkgo biloba was 30.9min,the ratio of liquid to material was 1: 16.5(g: g),and the ultrasonic temperature was 37.4 ℃.The maximum absorbance of flavonoids was 0.09340.The HPLC conditions were determined as follows: Thermo C18(4.6 × 250 mm,5μm)column,detection wavelength: 245 nm,mobile phase: methanol-1% glacial acetic acid(95: 5),flow rate: 0.8 mL / Min,column temperature: 35 ℃,injection volume 20 uL.Detection of Ginkgo Flavonoids by UV Spectrophotometry.2、The effects of cooking temperature and cooking conditions on the extraction rate of ginkgo biloba and ginkgo biloba were as follows: cooking temperature,cooking time and cooking liquid were significantly correlated with the removal rate of ginkgo phenolic acid by orthogonal design.The most efficient cooking process was cooking temperature 100 ℃,cooking time 30 min,ratio of material to liquid 1: 2.In the process of hot air treatment,the loss of flavonoids of Ginkgo biloba can be controlled below 10%,and the hot air treatment temperature and time had a significant effect on the removal efficiency of three kinds of ginkgo phenolic acid,and under the condition that the treatment time was more than nine hours and the treatment temperature was 80 ℃,Can be completely removed from the ginkgo acid,and ginkgo acid and heptadecyl-ginkene acid content significantly reduced.3、Low toxicity and safety of ginkgo powder decontamination technology standards,the establishment and verification of product quality standards: the use of cooking,to the core,hot air drying treatment of ginkgo powder after batch testing can achieve product quality standards for the total loss of ginkgo leaf flavon ≤ 15% Ginkgolic acid content ≤ 5 mg/ml. |
