Surface enhanced Raman scattering spectroscopy(SERS)has become one of the most important methods for the detection of single molecule science.It can be used as an important surface analysis method to obtain the structural information of molecules.According to the electromagnetic enhancement mechanism of SERS spectra,it is found that the selection of suitable nanophase materials as SERS substrate is one of the factors that affect the SERS spectral signal.Especially in recent years,shell isolated nanoparticle enhanced Raman spectroscopy(SHINERS)has become the focus of attention,Its main advantage lies in the universality of SHINERS,such as inert shell-carbon layer coated Ag nanoparticles can be used for a variety of SHINERS analysis.At present,the technology is widely used in material science,environmental monitoring,food safety,life science and so on.The main content of this paper is to prepare SiO2@Ag and SiO2@Ag@C nanomaterials.First of all,the preparation of the contact SERS substrate around SiO2@Ag and detection of surface single molecule Raman signal,and the differences between SiO2@Ag and silver mirror nanoparticles on the surface enhanced Raman signal are compared.Secondly,the isolated nanoparticles were prepared by using the carbon layer as the shell,and the surface detection of single molecule SHINERS was studied.SHINERS improves the stability,universality,and recycling of substrates.Surface enhanced Raman spectroscopy was performed,including the mercaptobenzoic acid(4-MBA),p-aminothiophenol(PATP),p-nitrothiophenol(PNTP),rhodamine B,crystal violet material.The construction of new SERS or SHINERS substrate is an important research field.In this paper,we mainly studied the preparation of a new composite nanomaterials of SERS and SHINERS substrate and its application in Raman spectroscopy.It is positive significance to Raman signal enhancement that detection of single molecule Raman enhancement signal,development of a new type of nanostructured SHINERS substrate,hotspot,spectral stability and universality,which provides a new method for SERS and SHINERS substrate.
