In the process of weaving or winding yarn,yarn tension is a very important process parameters,the yarn tension size will directly affect the quality of yarn and fabric processing subsequent smoothly.therefore,real-time monitoring of the yarn tension size is particularly critical.With the development of high intelligence in the textile industry,the traditional yarn tension detecting device will be replaced by the intelligent sensor.But at present,most of the yarn tension sensor used in China is imported from abroad,the price is expensive and the maintenance is inconvenient.Based on this reason,this paper studies the intelligent yarn tension sensor,which is based on the principle of resistance strain gauge and SPCE061 A microcontroller technology.In this paper,the core content of the dynamic yarn tension sensor system consists of three parts.Firstly,a large number of experimental data are collected in the Matlab,and the tension data and temperature data are fitted by using the least square method and linear interpolation method.The mathematical model is established,and the nonlinear error of the sensor system is solved.Secondly,it is through the ANSYS to carry out the structural modeling and finite element analysis of the mechanical spring,improve the natural frequency of the sensor,thus effectively avoid the spring film and sensor system resonance,improve the stability of the sensor.Finally,the temperature compensation circuit,LTC1043LM335 sampling circuit,A/D LTC2400 sampling circuit,SPCE061 A single-chip microcomputer interface,and the interface between human and computer are designed by using the temperature sensor,and the data of tension and temperature are calculated.In the end,the results show that the sensor system has the characteristics of fast response,high accuracy and stability,and it has some practical application in real time detection of yarn tension.
