Study The Process And The Performance Of The Alumina Ceramics Which Prepared By Sacrifice Template

Metal materials,inorganic non-metallic materials,organic synthesis materials and composite materials are four kinds of the most commonly used materials,in which the inorganic non-metallic materials are the oldest ones.Thousands of years ago,people found that natural clay could be used as raw material to make it into vessels of different shape,then put them into a firm and strong and hard ceramic formed.Thus,people got the technology of using natural clay as a raw material for making ceramic.This is the original ceramic,is also the earliest human use artificial composite materials.Ceramic material not only has a low sintering temperature,but also is a kind of product which has many holes and the soft and spongy.This subject stars from rational utilization of resources and recovery use of waste,take a good usage of rich natural hemp fiber in our country,researching the method of preparing the left state material by using the ramie fabric as a biological template by Sacrificing Template Method.Polymeric aluminum chloride solution is tried to be the dipping solution and the presoma get after Impregnation and desiccation,which would be make into alumina ceramics material with a structure of ramie fabric.Then enhance the mechanical properties of alumina ceramics of fiber fabric by adding inducer(ethyl silicate,magnesium oxide,sodium silicate,four zirconium chloride,butyl titanate)into polymeric aluminum chloride solution.The structural changes in the process of preparation of fibrous fabric were studied by thermo gravimetric analysis,X ray diffraction technique,energy spectrum and scanning electron microscope.Doing researches on the influence of the concentration of polymer solution,impregnation time,dipping temperature,dipping method,sintering temperature,other factors on the structure,phase composition,microstructure and physical properties of the fabric were studied.And the research shows that the concentration of polymer solution,impregnation time,temperature,impregnation method and other factors have a great influence on the composition,microstructure and properties of the fabric,and the sintering temperature,inducing agent and other factors also have a great influence on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the fabric.And after the sacrifice of template,the preparation of alumina ceramic materials would keep a complete structure and shape.
